In a nutshell, we encourage you to get your thoughts, beliefs and feelings written out, and to seek inspiration from other sources - religious quotes, snippets of verse, paragraphs of novels, whatever - and either assimilate it into your Book of the Grey or directly plagiarize it.

We also encourage you to constantly re-evaluate and edit everything you have written in your Book of the Grey to keep it relevant to you.

Although the thought of writing a book is a pretty daunting one, don't worry - this isn't a book in the normal sense. For a start it can take any form you like - it could be a running diary of events and insights, a review of your beliefs, a set of fables that sum up your outlook, or a complete mix up of any and all styles and forms.
